Featuring a striking vaulted light blue ceiling adorned with ornate musical plasterwork, exquisite Arenberg parquet flooring, and a 1913 Norman & Beard pipe organ which was originally used to accompany house dances and parties, this historic space offers a truly memorable setting for any celebration. With a ceremonies license accommodating up to 100 guests, The Shrewsbury Room provides a beautifully intimate yet grand backdrop for your special day.

With expansive windows overlooking ancient woodlands and the tranquil Mercury Pond (terrapins included at no extra cost!), this charming room blends natural beauty with refined interiors, including updated modern cornicing, oak flooring, and a cosy hearth. Licensed for ceremonies of up to 50 guests, The Study offers an elegant, peaceful space perfect for smaller gatherings rich in atmosphere.

Adjacent to The Shrewsbury Room, this elegant space features large windows showcasing sweeping views across our grounds and the Isle of Wight, a striking baroque fireplace, a Yamaha grand piano, and wide-panelled oak flooring. Licensed for ceremonies of up to 40 guests, The Blue Room offers an intimate, beautifully refined setting for your special moment.

Adorned with graceful white columns, windows overlooking the lawn, a quirky marble-and-plaster hearth, and shelves lined with beloved books from childhoods past, this is one of our pupils’ favourite rooms. Licensed for ceremonies of up to 40 guests, The Library offers a distinctive and delightfully atmospheric setting for a truly unique celebration.

Lined with rich dark-oak panelling and centred around a striking wood-carved hearth, this impressive space features an oak staircase and sweeping balustrade that runs the length of the room along with a rosewood boudoir grand piano from John Broadwood & Sons dating to the mid-1800s. Licensed for ceremonies of up to 60 guests, The Front Hall offers a dramatic and timeless setting for a celebration to remember.
