We will be delighted to discuss the possibility of your child joining Walhampton and aim to make the process as friendly and straightforward as possible. The Admissions procedure is the same for all pupils, day or boarders. In the first instance and to obtain a prospectus, please contact the Registrar, Mrs Suzanne Wright, on 01590 613303 or email@example.com.
The Registrar will arrange an appointment for you to view Walhampton school, meet some of our staff and pupils as well as talk to the Headmaster, Titus Mills.
Following this, you can register your child for a place on our waiting list. Parents are required to make a payment of £100 and complete a registration form. We recommend that parents register their child at least one year in advance of their proposed start date. Walhampton is a popular school so, if you wish to register your interest for a place, it makes sense to put your child’s name down as early as possible.
Your child will then be invited to attend a Trial Day at Walhampton for an informal assessment and familiarisation. Following the Trial Day the Headmaster will write and let you know if your child has been offered a place at Walhampton.
If you accept the offer you will need to pay the Acceptance Deposit of £300 at least one term in advance of your child's start date. For pupils resident overseas (including British nationals) an additional default deposit of £700 is also payable.
We warmly invite you to visit the school during an Open Morning or any morning during term time by prior arrangement.
